Our founder and CEO, Isaac Muller, started his career as a part-time payroll accountant for a CPA company. When their client hit a rough patch, Isaac was tasked to uncover why they were losing money. After thorough research, Isaac discovered that they had missed some billing opportunities and worked to correct them, stabilizing their finances and saving the company from bankruptcy. After this success, the client recognized his keen eye for detail and asked the CPA firm to release him so he can become the controller of their business. The CPA firm accommodated and Isaac was hired as a controller of that company.

As a controller, Isaac delved deeper into the world of workers' compensation and found that the industry often profited in ways that didn't serve clients well. One day, his boss sat down near him and said, "Isaac, there's a problem in the insurance department. If you can't fix it, I will need to close up shop."

Isaac took the challenge head-on. He quickly learned what was needed to turn the program around, working tirelessly to negotiate with carriers and improve the system. This was the second time Isaac saved the business.

But, Isaac's commitment didn't stop there.

He built a strong team to mitigate costs through effective loss control and risk and claims management. When his daughter graduated, he brought her on board to lead the claims management team. Her exceptional talent further strengthened their efforts.

With a newfound passion for the industry, Isaac decided to get his own insurance broker's license and build a company where teamwork, reliability, and integrity were at the core. He built an insurance agency alongside a TPA firm that was effectively merged by his talented daughter.

As an insurance broker he faced many challenges along the way—dealing with insurance carriers, overcoming red tape, and the fact that they are “beyond reach.” Isaac believed that if brokers and carriers would work hand in hand it would serve the industry much better. Isaac and his team pushed every boundary to build a brand that stands on true partnership and superb service.

Highview was born out of a desire to do things differently.

It was a challenging task and took many years to line up investors and to obtain a license. But the reward of successfully building a brand that stands on true partnership and superb service made it worthwhile.

Isaac believes that by having each team player looking out for each other we all win. The company’s slogan is “We’ll be there” with no bureaucracy, to promise our commitment.

Today, as Highview surpasses every objective of growth, Isaac's hands-on approach remains at the heart of what we do. Our promise, just as on day one, remains: we’re here to make workers’ comp simple, smooth, and stress-free.
